GT Omega Racing Reviews

Sadly I never got to try my Pro XL chair as it never arrived.
I made Omega aware the shipping details hadn't changed on Friday as I was expecting delivery Monday, they said wait so I waited then Monday no change and no delivery.
I confirmed a replacement for the next day and as I replied to a support ticket my case went to the back of the queue & missed so Tuesday was probably a no.
Im back at work now and don't have the luxury of working from home anymore. So we mutually cancelled my chair.. A real shame they gave up so quickly, didn't even try to win me back.

Ordered a GT titan rs9 with a monitor stand.
The seat and stand arrived but not the titan.
Apparently there wasn't room on the truck???
So I have to wait 6 days for the cockpit.
Brilliant.

Unfortunately the chair I bought my son was defective and broke quite quickly. However, the GT omega customer service was outstanding. They responded immediately and after a few videos sent through for proof they replaced the chair backrest no more questions asked and kept me up to date with progress. I don't often write reviews but I feel customer service is important when choosing a product and I just wanted to let people know that GT Omega score highly in that department!

Great service, fast free delivery, reasonable prices and great quality gear.
After some research decided to upgrade my wheel stand, and what a difference! Build quality is excellent, adjustability is great, and positioning is spot on.
Very happy I decided to go with GT Omega, and now have a few other items in my wishlist ;)

Insane quality! extremely comfortable! packaging was very high quality to keep the components safe during transit. I had a slight issue with a dent in the arm rest (which I do not believe happened during transit). I got in touch with GTOmega who had a new set of arm rests sent out to me immediately. Cannot fault their customer service at all. Overall 5 star product and service.

The product came in a good timely manner. The item was fairly easy to set up and is of good quality.
I have used it every day since receiving it. I wish I had go to known your product a lot sooner instead of wasting my money on inferior folding chairs.

Hi. I bought GTOmega PRO XL Fabric Black chair about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was super quick. Chair at summary is super comfy and heavy duty. Looks soooo good is well. I want to complain anyway because there is visible misalignments. It should be better quality control. The main reason of my dissatisfaction is seat high. I've got 183cm high but I can not reach floor in the lowest chair position??? It definitely shouldn't be like that. I know this is XL chair but I guess just very tall people about 200cm+ can reach a floor. The second main complain is you can not slip this chair under regular tables obviously in the lowest chair position. This is absurd. Best regards. Martin

I had a loose piece on my chair after 6 months of use, so I contacted support to see what I could do. Turns out it happened to be a rare defective piece, and support sent me a brand new one for free within a week from identifying the problem. (I’m overseas from UK, so that was very fast!) Support was fast, kind, and very helpful in fixing my issue. Amazing product, amazing support!

I cannot recommend GT Omega highly enough. Not only are the products first class (my son has a GT Omega Pro and I have just bought a GT Omega Element), the customer service is second to none. There was an issue with my order so I emailed and had an almost instant response and my issue was resolved without any quibble or resistance.
Buy a chair from GT Omega, you won’t regret it and if you have an issue, you can rest assured they will resolve it quickly.

Review on the Omega Mega office chair. A terrible assembly experience. The three bolts that hold the chair to the base are impossible to tighten. Designed by a madman. Three of us have tried for two days to assemble it and we’ve failed. Now we’re left with a $500 piece of lawn art.

I've got the art cockpit, the large TV stand,key board attachment and the GT omega rug I've found them all to be good quality and value.im now looking forward to upgrading to the Titan rig.ive been with GT omega for over 3 years and have never had any problems just fantastic ????
